Team Profiles

Competing in Division 1, the Griffins are the high performance program for the CRC. They competed in the national playoffs in 2021, 2022, and most recently in 2024 and continue to develop high-level and professional-ready players.

The Chicago Women's Rugby Club is the most recent addition to the Chicago Rugby Club! Founded in 1976, CW boasts of being one of the oldest women's club in the area. CW competes at Division 1, and often moonlight during summer 7's as the Chicago Rough Riders. Check out their IG for more info!

The Condors are the Men's Division 2 side for the CRC.

The Chicago Sirens are the flagship women's team for the Chicago Rugby Club, both founded and incorporated in 2004. Competing at Division 2, the Sirens straddle the conference divide, often switching between Eastern and Western conference each season. During the summer, you can catch the Sirens competing as the Deathicorns. Check out their IG and FB for more info!

The Silverbacks are the current Men's Division 3 representative for the CRC, and moved up to that level after winning the 2023 Midwest championship in Division 4!
