Interested in Sponsoring the Chicago Rugby Club?
You have the option of sponsoring the club as a whole, or an individual team if you or your company prefer. Check out some of the unique ways you can support the Chicago Ruby Club! We accept one-time donations, or we have the option of setting up a yearly donation. We also accept donations of goods and skilled time, items such as medical supplies, or athletic trainers. $50 Donation Club
A donation of $50 provides the club with 2 new balls used for game days. In return, you'll receive a personalized thank you note signed by club members. You will also receive a group mention on our club social media page at the start of the fall season for your contribution.
$100 Donation Club
A donation of $100 provides the club with a coach's registration with USA Rugby. With 5 teams and 5 registered coaches needed in our club, this adds up! In return, you will receive a Chicago Rugby Club T-shirt (or a T-Shirt from the team of your choice), and a personalized thank you note signed by club members. You will also receive an individual mention on our club social media page at the start of the fall season for your contribution.
$250 Donation Club
A donation of $250 pays for one on-field post match social. Post match socials are integral to the rugby community, and this contribution maintains spirits and camaraderie. In return for this donation, you will receive an individual shout out for that social you sponsor, as well as the opportunity for your logo to be featured on sleeve of the next purchase of uniforms for the team of your choosing.
$500 Donation Club
A donation of $500 pays the field rate for two home game days. In return, you will receive a shout out on every game day social media post, a club apparel item of your choice, as well as the opportunity for your logo to be featured on the sleeve of the next purchase of uniforms for the team of your choosing.
$1000 Donation Club
A donation of $1000 covers nearly all our medical supplies for the season, a noble feat when you consider how many teams we have competing at once. In return, you will receive a shout out on every game day social media post, a special social media shout out, a club apparel item of your choice, as well as the opportunity for your logo to be featured on the chest of the next purchase of uniforms for the team of your choosing.
$5000 Donation Club
Congratulations! You provided a team with enough funding to support a head coach! This donation continues to advance our teams, leading to success from the individual level, all the way up to the team, and club level. In return, you will receive a shout out on every game day social media post, a special social media shout out twice per season, a club apparel item of your choice, as well as the opportunity for your logo to be featured on the back of the next purchase of uniforms for the team of your choosing.
Other ways to donate
Monetary donations are not the only form of donations we accept. We accept donations of post match social food and drink, medical supplies used by our teams, special equipment such as rugby shields and tackle pylons, and more. We are also in search of a new trailer to store our uprights, which support not only our 5 club teams, but also support local tournaments as needed.
