New Player Information
Welcome!
We are the largest amateur rugby club in Chicagoland, and we would be very glad to have you join us. We welcome players of all ages, skill levels, fitness levels, sizes, and genders. The game of rugby is the tie that binds all of us, and the only real requirement to join is that you respect it and your teammates who are also enjoying it.
Where and When is Practice?
We practice at Columbus Park (500 S. Central Avenue, Chicago) on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our Womxn's teams practice from 7:30 to 9:30 PM, and our Men's teams practice from 8 to 10 PM.

What Should I Bring?
You should bring the following to each practice session:
- Athletic clothing
- Water
- Cleats (Football and soccer cleats will work perfectly well for rugby)
You may also want to bring a mouthguard/gum shield. Contact is not required at practices but it is an important skill to practice occasionally.
What Does it Cost?
Full-time dues are $45 per month.
That said, we are pleased to offer new rugby players free dues for their first season (spring or fall) with us. Additionally, college students do not need to pay dues.
